Walking on water
How long does it take for you to plan something and actually doing it? The Floating Piers installation was conceived by Christo and Jeanne-Claude in 1970 and executed during sixteen days in June 2016, in Lake Iseo, Italy. This is Christo's major public installation since The Gates (NYC) in 2005.
Like walking on water, the installation allowed to walk from the coastal town of Sulzano to the island of Monte Isola and then to the tiny island of San Paolo, through a 3km walkway.

¿Cuánto tiempo te lleva planear algo y hacerlo? El proyecto de Los Muelles Flotantes fue concebido por Christo y Jeanne-Claude en 1970 y ejecutado durante dieciséis días en junio de 2016 en el Lago Iseo, en italia. Esta es la instalación importante por parte de Christo desde The Gates (NY) en 2005.
Casi caminando sobre el agua, la instalación permitió caminar del pueblo costero de Suzano a la isla Monte Isola y luego a la diminuta isla de San Paolo, en un recorrido de 3 km.
